The Management of the college is vested in the Sree Narayana Trusts, Kollam, one of the leading educational agencies in the State. There is a managing committee which consists of the members of the Executive Council of the Sree Narayana Trusts and the Principal. The Secretary of the Trusts is the Manager of the College. A Regional Development Committee is also there to assist the Trusts in the management of the college.
